Last Friday was my last day. I got my check at 4:45 and left work at 4:55. I had all my stuff packed up and I knew the owner was downstairs on a call. So I just had to get past him to get to my truck. I get past him and he didn't even see me! Success! I go to the bank, and along comes my fellow co-workers, they suspect nothing. Cash my check and I'm gone! So I went a whole week and not one phone call from that company. I guess they knew it was going to happen and it wasn't a surprise.
I went to a temp agency on Friday too and did all the paperwork and necessary computer tests and we'll see what happens. I hope I get something soon. Meantime, I'm still looking in the paper, online, etc.
As far as my body is concerened, I think I'm not ovulating. I feel twinges 2 weeks after my period where my ovaries are, but I'm not getting the temp spike I need to see. The OPK's that I'm using are working, but no positives yet. I just started snythroid so maybe that will jumpstart my ovulation. I hope so. I've always had this feeling that I was going to have problems getting pregnant and so far it holds true. I mean, we are not TTC now, but I'm still going thru the motions as if we were.
I'm glad you're out of that crappy workplace! And hopefully the medicine will help you O, crossing my fingers for you.
