I have been getting my butt kicked by Denise Austin. Why do I do this to myself?? Ughh, but I know its for the better. Tuesday, Wednesday I did her DVD, yesterday I took a break because my thighs were killing me. But DH and I went for a bike ride. And this morning I took the dog for a walk on roller blades.....yeah....that was fun. She did pretty well for never being with me on roller blades before.
I know what my weight was before and I'm going to see how much I can lose by the end of June. I'm trying to think of it as a lifestyle change versus a diet, which is what it should be. Ughh, its sooo hard.
