So...

Here is what I know.....

Sunday, woke up to really bad cramping, took some excedrin went back to bed. Got up Monday, had more cramping, took it as AF coming (which isn't right because I had AF on Sept 17. I have been having 29 day cycles for a year. On CD 29, I had some spotting and thought AF was here, it only lasted 1 day. 8 days later, and its Sunday) So I take some extra strength Midol, not really helping, but whatever. I go and do some errans and start to feel some blood coming out on to my pad, which I had an Super Extra tampon in and just put it in 15 mins ago. Get home and holy moly a clot the size of my palm comes out. More cramping, another big ole clot. I continue to have clots, but they are getting smaller, and the bleeding is so heavy and the cramps are out of this world! I've never felt that kind of pain.

Fast forward to today (as if one day is a fast forward) and I have more bleeding and more clots. Just not as heavy. Call my new job, that I was supposed to start today, tell them what's going on and the manager is super compasionate...tells me that I can take the week off, if need be. Call my OBGYN and tell them whats going on and the fit me in. I went in, had some blood drawn and they gave me a script to have a pelvic ultrasound. I hope to get some answers tomorrow afternoon.

So....what do I know? I don't. It could be a miscarry, could be a ruptured cyst or fibroid, could be endo, could be a heavy period, I have no clue.

Now, for what its worth, I took 5 pregnancy tests after my 1 day of spotting, thinking that was AF, and all were negative. I didn't chart either so I have no idea what was going on.

I will update once I know more.
